Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard's board of trustees are responsible for the legal, financial and strategic development of the charity, working with the Services and Development Manager to develop Switchboard's services and performance.

Switchboard is seeking trustees who have relevant skills and abilities to promote and develop the charity and be responsible for it from a governance perspective. Switchboard is particulalry seeking female trustees, trustees from BME communities, trustees with disabilities and those who identify as bi or trans as these groups are currently underepresented on the board.
