The helpline is a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space for LGBT people as well as for their family, friends and supporters. You can call us about anything that's on your mind, to receive information or get emotional support.
Some of the things you may want to talk about:

• What's on in Brighton & Hove
• Sex life and sexual health
• Relationship difficulties
• Coming out
• Hate crime

Our volunteers will listen to you, inform you and support you.


If you call when no-one is available, you can leave your details if you wish to be called back when the helpline is next open. Please only leave a number if it is safe to do so. We are only able to call back for a maximum duration of 20 minutes.
