Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard is joining the Bridge to Freedom Walk in London on Saturday 12 December 2026, bringing people together to raise awareness of gambling harms and support recovery.
The seven-mile walk crosses seven London bridges, with people in recovery, their families, friends and supporters walking side by side. It is an opportunity to connect, challenge stigma and show that nobody affected by gambling harm has to face it alone.
The fundraiser supports organisations working with people and families affected by gambling harms, including Switchboard and our Recover with Pride service, which provides specialist LGBTQ+ gambling harm support.
Meet at Westminster Station, Exit 4, arriving at 9.30am for a 10am start.
For more information about joining Switchboard on the walk, contact Benjamin Howard at ku.gro.draobhctiws@drawoh.neb.
If you would like to support our work with a donation, visit the fundraising page, choose your donation amount and select Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard as your chosen charity.
Whether you join the walk, donate or share the fundraiser, thank you for helping us support LGBTQ+ people affected by gambling harms.
