At Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard, good governance is not just a requirement, it is how we ensure that every decision, service, and partnership delivers the best possible outcomes for LGBTQ+ people across Sussex. Our Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team work together to provide clear leadership, strong oversight, and a long‑term vision rooted in our mission: to understand and respond to the needs of all LGBTQ+ communities by listening, informing, and developing.
 
We are currently under consultation and developing our new organisational strategy and look forward to presenting this to all stakeholders soon.
