Social prescribing for trans, non-binary, intersex, and gender-questioning people

The Trans, Non-binary, and Intersex Social Prescribing Service aims to support TNBI people aged 18+ to link with local groups and services that could improve their well-being, mental health, and social connection. The service works flexibly to meet individual needs and communication can be via email, phone, video call, or in person.

Please note that the TNBI Social Prescribing Service is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please see our crisis resources.

Some examples of concerns we could work with you on:

  • Improving your mental health and wellbeing
  • Navigating access to gender-affirming care
  • Housing, money, and debt
  • Isolation and loneliness
  • Language and cultural barriers
  • Exercise and healthy living
  • Form filling
  • Connecting with and attending groups and services

We work with you to help you get extra support in the areas you need.
