At Switchboard we provide a variety of specific services to the trans and/or non-binary community.
Trans Link Community Navigation is a free of charge social prescribing service in Brighton and Hove for trans and/or non-binary people that links you to community services and groups to improve your health and wellbeing.
Our Community Navigators work with you to help you get extra support in your community.

Our Trans Survivors helpline provides support and information to trans and/or non-binary people or those who are questioning. Operated by trans and/or non-binary volunteers, you can talk to us confidentially and anonymously.
We offer non-judgemental emotional support on a range of topics, specialising in providing support to those who have experienced crime, including sexual violence, at any point in their life.
Our trans helpline is open on Sundays from 3pm to 5pm. Find out more here.
In addition, we run a Trans Survivors Drop-In service, providing a safe space for trans and non-binary people who have experienced violence, crime and/or abuse.
This runs every last Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm at Possability Place in Brighton.
