Group Coaching offers a supportive LGBTQ+ affirming space where people can learn, reflect, and build recovery alongside others.
The group programme is designed to reduce isolation and create a sense of shared understanding. Sessions may include check-ins, guided reflection, practical tools, discussion, and intention-setting. You are never expected to have the “right” answer or share more than feels comfortable.
Across the programme, the group explores themes that can matter deeply in recovery, including identity, shame, coping skills, boundaries, finances, trauma, resilience, and living more authentically.
Group Coaching is held with care, respect, and psychological safety. It is a space where you can arrive as yourself, listen, share if you want to, and build confidence with others who understand that recovery is not always neat or linear.
